COVID-19 Policy and Privacy Notice

        As always, maintaining a safe work environment for our members, guests and employees is our number one priority. In addition to following Local and National Government directives, CTP Alpha Tower guidelines, and Department of Health authorities, Here are some steps we are taking and steps we are asking of you to ensure we are all being proactive with safety and have the right plans and resources in place to safeguard your health and well-being.


        Workspace Guidelines
        a. Scan QR Code with the StaySafe App found below every time you access SocialSpace. 
        b. Temperature checks (temperature above 37.3C degrees will not be permitted entry)
        c. Use alcohol to sanitize hands upon entry. We placed alcohol and disinfectants throughout our space for easy access. 
        d. Follow the social distancing work area, during lunch and breaks, and when entering and leaving the workspace.
        e. We ask If you are not feeling well, please stay at home. 

        Personal Hygiene
        a. Handwashing frequently enough (before and after breaks, lunch, meetings, or using the bathroom)
        b. Always use our hand sanitizer or alcohol stations when entering and when leaving your work area. If alcohol or sanitizer is out, notify SS staff immediately.
        c. Observe respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes.
        d. Face masks should be worn at all times inside the space even if you are already vaccinated. Face shield and mask must be worn when accessing common areas of the building such as lobby, elevator, hallway. Masks are mandatory. No mask, no entry. Make sure to use a clean mask everyday. 

        Cleaning and disinfecting protocol 
        a. At SocialSpace, daily cleaning procedures are already thorough. However, we are taking extra efforts to clean and disinfect so that our space remains safe and a welcome space for members, suppliers, guests, and employees. We have a dedicated team disinfecting all work areas, desks, tables, handles, knobs, etc on an hourly basis with extra vigilance. 
        b. We are using a UV care sterilizer to disinfect daily before morning and night shift and air purifiers as well to increase ventilation in our space. 
        c. Members kindly clean and sanitize your individual workstations and mobile equipment.

        Handling Deliveries 
        a. Small packages/mails/food delivery/parcels from Shopee or Lazada - We enforce contactless deliveries from couriers. They will only be allowed to leave a delivery at the ground floor doorstep. All parcels/deliveries in plastic (except food) are sanitized before storing and handing out to respective members and Virtual Office tenants. We don't allow COD transactions so kindly pay all your deliveries. 

        SocialSpace response plan in the event of confirmed COVID-19 case(s) 
        a. Immediate isolation of members/employees who have signs and/or symptoms of COVID-19
        b. Reporting to local public health authorities for ambulance pick up. 
        c. Contact Tracing procedures 

        Your personal information we collect from you
        In connection with SocialSpace response to COVID 19, we may collect Personal Info, including Health Data when you visit the SocialSpace office thru the StaySafe App. 

        We will use your Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations and for us to effectively operate the business and ensure our space remains open and safe for all.
        a. To protect the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and space;
        b. To comply with any reporting obligations or government requests under applicable laws or legal mandates, including contact tracing; 
        c. To protect the health and safety and wellbeing of our members’ workforce and workspace;
        d. And to notify individuals you have been in close contact with and who may now be at risk of COVID-19 infection. We will do this in order to protect the health of our employees, members, visitors, and guests. Any such notifications will be conducted on an anonymous basis.  



        Disclosure of your personal information us 
        Your information may be disclosed to Muntinlupa Local Government and or Brgy Ayala Alabang and the Building Administrator if you have symptoms associated with COVID-19 or report that you have tested positive for COVID-19, we will use your Personal Information to notify individuals you have been in close contact with and who may now be at risk of COVID-19 infection. We will do this in order to protect the health of our employees, members, visitors, and guests. Any such notifications will be conducted on an anonymous ‘no names’ basis. 

        Data storage, retention, and our rights 
        We are using a third-party app as recommended by the Muntinlupa LGU. Kindly go to https://www.staysafe.ph/privacy-statement to read about your rights and how they handle your data.
