Yes. We offer two levels of service to suit your business needs:

Registered Business Address (Php2,999.00 per month, VAT Inclusive)
- Business Address use for business permit/licenses;
- Mail collection and handling;
- Free 4 days/month on shared workspace usage (1 pax only).
- Minimum of Twelve (12) months contract period is required. -
Premium Mailing Address (Php1499.00 per month, VAT inclusive)
- Dedicated mailbox for which mail can be received for your company using SocialSpace as your corresponding address.
- All received mail can be held for your collection or forwarded to you on a weekly or daily basis. Use of Business address for business card and marketing collaterals; mail collection and handling;
Signing up for a virtual office address is easy! choose between the premium, or Registered package. Then you’ll need to fill out the application form, send the requirements, and pay for the fees. Sign for the Lease Contract and we will have it notarized and send you your copy. You can now use your new business address!

The sooner you book a space, the better. However, we’re always ready and willing to accommodate our clients in any way possible. If you’re in urgent need of a virtual office service in Alabang, we’ll gladly take care of your needs.
Absolutely. You can conduct your business as you please from the comfort of your own home or anywhere else that suits you and you won’t need to hire a full-time administrative or support staff because these services will be included in your package and you can choose to only use them when you need them.
Opening your virtual office is simple. All you have to do is select the virtual office service you need by clicking the "Sign Up" button. After that, you will be redirected to a page where you need to fill in all the required details and eventually set up your account or you can send us a message at hello@socialspacecoworking.com to assist you in setting up your virtual office.
Your account will be set up within 24-48 hours once we receive your details and order. You will receive a paid invoice confirmation from us via email and can finally start using your new virtual office services. If you cannot sign up through our online checkout, you can sign up by contacting us via telephone or email hello@socialspacecoworking.com
It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours on average to set up your account, once you have made your payment and completed the registration process via phone or email.

We take a 1-month deposit for any semi annual account, which is refundable upon completion of service contract.
This is only to ensure that you meet our terms and conditions - We don't require a deposit for the annual accounts.
There is a small setup charge at Php500 for new members.
We require you to notify us of 1 full calendar month if you wish to cancel your annual account, you can only do that at the point of the standard renewal date (the date it expires).
Our pricing policy is fully transparent, featuring NO Hidden costs or additional fees which are not clearly mentioned on our website and terms. New members are charged Security deposit and set up fee. For any additional services, we reserve the right to charge by usage or service accordingly.
The first thing we do is send you an sms or email whenever there is a delivery for you.
No additional fees. Please note that our storage space within our office is still limited, and have this in mind when collecting your parcel.
We reserve the right to not accept items that weigh more than 10 kilograms or with dimensions greater than 60cmx60cm. This is because of the fact that we are a mail-forwarding service and unfortunately don't have spacious storage facilities to house large parcels for all of our clients.
You can always reach out to us via mail on hello@socialspacecoworking.com and let us know that you do not want the parcel. We will make sure to return it to the sender (if possible) or destroy it.
If you are present near our physical location, you can definitely collect your own deliveries. Do not forget to use Face shield and mask when entering the office or send us a message so we can bring it outside for curbside pick up. You can see the directions to our office on this link.
If you want to change the address your mail is being forwarded to, the only thing you need to do is send us an email to hello@socialspacecoworking.com with your new address.
Every bit of information that you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence. You can rest assured that your privacy is guaranteed with our service and that we won’t do anything to compromise your details or give them to any third party.
However, we are legally obliged to provide your information to official bodies such as Government Agencies (BIR,CityHall), Courts and the Police if we are asked or required to, by the law.
