This privacy policy describes how SocialSpace collects, uses, and shares information about you that it obtains in connection with providing SocialSpace Business Services to you. 

Please read this policy carefully because by visiting or using our website you give your consent that your data may be processed according to this Privacy Policy. The policy does not apply to other websites that may be accessed through links, for which SocialSpace is not responsible in any way.

Information you provide us. By submitting Personal Data through our website, You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as Our Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service, and You expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The information that we collect from you may be used in aggregate form in various ways to optimize and improve SocialSpace Services. We may use such information for the following purposes: website management, administration and security, promotional activities, and research and analysis.

With whom this information is shared. SocialSpace may share as it sees fit information that you voluntarily make public, including comments on SocialSpace Websites. Since such public information can be accessed by the public and used by any member of the public, such use by third parties is beyond the control of SocialSpace.

If we have your express consent, SocialSpace may share the personal information that it collects with business partners. Note that if you sign up for service from one of our affiliates, we may ask for your consent to share with such third-party partners certain personal information. While SocialSpace is not responsible for the acts of such partners, we encourage all of our partners to adopt privacy policies that protect against the disclosure of personal information to third persons.

Under rare and specific circumstances, SocialSpace may disclose your personal information without asking for your consent to protect the legal rights of SocialSpace or its affiliates, and each of their respective investors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers; to protect the safety and security of users of the SocialSpace Services or to enforce our Privacy Policy & Terms of Use; to protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or to comply with or respond to the law or legal process or a request for cooperation by a government entity, whether or not legally required. If you notify us that you believe your legal rights have been violated by SocialSpace or another user of the SocialSpace services, we may provide the information that you provide to us to others to the extent that we believe it is necessary to evaluate and respond to your complaint.

Social Media. We are active on social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and share information, images, and videos with the public through unaffiliated external social media sites. We encourage you to read their policies. Remember that social media sites are public, which means that anyone can see your posts, and your posts may even show up in search engine results.

Opt-out and withdrawal of consent. You may have the right to opt-out or withdraw your consent for certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information.

Retention. We retain the personal information we receive for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

Collection of information from minors. Use of our mailing address is for full-time, dedicated desk, or private office members. Spaceman and All-Access members may sign up for our Mail Service Plan/Premium Virtual Office for Php1499/mo to use our mailing address for your business collateral. However, we do allow you to use the address for delivery of your parcels (e.g. Shopee/Lazada). We will receive your mail and hold it for you to collect for up to 5 days. SocialSpace is not responsible for securing your incoming packages. We have limited space to hold mail for our members so if you are expecting a larger package, you should arrange to be in-house to receive it.

Other rights and important information. CTP Alpha Tower and SocialSpace have CCTV installed to meet our legitimate business interests in protecting the safety of our employees, members, and guests, and their property. These recordings may be accessed by SocialSpace. SocialSpace may also make CCTV footage available to members and other third parties authorized by SocialSpace. These recordings may be shared with competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws if required. The recordings are generally retained for a limited period of time but may be kept longer where SocialSpace or an applicable member determines that it is appropriate, for example in connection with the investigation of an incident, or when competent authorities request us to retain them.

Collection of information from minors. Generally, our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children except as permitted under applicable law. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files or obtain parental consent in accordance with applicable law.

Change of control. If SocialSpace sells all or part of its business services, makes a sale or transfer of assets, is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, SocialSpace may transfer your personal information and non-personal information to one or more third parties as part of such transaction.

Changes to this privacy policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify You of any changes and We will change the “Last Updated” date below. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of our website or Service, following the posting of such changes, shall indicate Your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms of such changes. If You do not agree, You should immediately discontinue Your use of the website or Service.
